 International shipping: If shipping to your country isn’t available, please reach out as we should be able to add it.

We are unable to ship to the EU at this time.

International customers: PinsbyT is not responsible for any duties/import taxes. Make sure to fill out your information completely & accurately to lower the chances of your package being returned to us.

**PinsbyT will not misrepresent information on your customs form.**

-Due to recent ‘steel’ duties/import tax being applied to enamel pins, when shipping to Canada we will be sure to mark items as originating from China. We hope this helps to avoid those extra fees, but can not guarantee it.

ADDRESS CHANGES & TOT
Address changes can be sent at any time. For in hand pin sales please send them ASAP as we usually have a quick turn around time. The original buyer must be the one to reach out, and verify the original name, address, & email on the order.

Turn around time for in hand orders is usually 2-7 business days.

LOST MAIL

PinsbyT is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once your package has been dropped off, what happens to it is completely out of our control. All packages are shipped via USPS, and if any issues occur you should reach out to your local post office. If you are having difficulty getting in contact with someone at USPS, please email us. We will be happy to help!
