TRADING/SELLING
Please remember that by placing an order, you agree to my resale/trading policy:
Selling: For pending pre-orders, you may sell for DS only. (Please message me for address changes)
Once you receive a pin from my shop in hand you may resell for DSS only. Do not include platform fees in DSS pricing.
If you need an exception to the DSS rule for a non p4p PinsbyT pin, please reach out to me so we can work something out. Life happens, and I totally understand that.
Trading: I ask that you are honest with those you trade & sell to. Be honest about the grade, flaws, price, etc. Serial trade baiting will result in a ban from the shop.
DSS: Drop price + original shipping paid + shipping to new home
Example: If you purchase four p4p pins in one order & pay $6 for shipping, you need to split that charge between the pins if you decide to sell. It is no longer DSS if you decide to sell all four pins & add the FULL shipping amount to each one.
If you ever have a question on what DSS price should be, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. It's better to be safe than sorry as I have a zero tolerance policy. If I find you are not following DSS rules (especially on p4p pins) it results in an instant ban. As well as a refund for all outstanding orders.
Please note: Breaking the trading/reselling policy is not the only way to be banned from the shop. If I find that your actions within the community are distasteful, disrespectful, or harmful then that will also result in a ban from the shop.
PRE-ORDERS
On average, these take 2-8 months to be fulfilled. All pin updates will be posted on my second account
( instagram.com/pinsbytllc ), and some are saved to the "Updates" story highlight on my main account as well. I usually reach out to my manufacturers weekly for pin updates.
If you purchase any in hand pins with a pre order item, your order will not ship until the pre order arrives. Please place separate orders if you do not wish to wait for the in hands.
ADDRESS CHANGES & TOT
Address changes can be sent to me at any time. For in hand pin sales please send them ASAP as I usually have a quick turn around time. The original buyer must be the one to reach out, and verify the original name, address, & email on the order.
Turn around time for in hand orders is usually 2-7 business days.
GRADING POLICY
Please remember that I consider myself to be a lenient grader. All pins are handmade so flaws are inevitable.
STANDARD/MIXED/PRESALE GRADE:
These are always A/B grade pins. I usually use this grading for pre-orders & fillers. Most presale grade pins will be A grade unless a batch has more flaws, in that case the best B grades will be sent out. I will do this in order of purchase.
P4P:
P4P pins are not graded as they are pay for production/pin
A GRADE:
A grades are the best of the batch. These pins may have flaws that are only noticeable upon close inspection. Flaws include but are not limited to small specs in enamel/print, slightly under filled or miss colored enamel, flaws only visible when pin is held at an angle etc.
B GRADE:
B Grade pins will have more noticeable flaws upon closer inspection. These flaws can be, but are not limited to pin pricks or bubbles in enamel/print, more noticeable under/over filled enamel, effect defects, larger specs in enamel/print etc.
C GRADE:
These pins have bigger flaws that are usually noticeable even when looking at a distance. Flaws include large areas of underfilled, missing, or overfilled enamel, more noticeable chips in enamel, areas of miscolored enamel etc.
SECONDS:
These pins all have major flaws that affect the overall design of the pin. Defects can include but are not limited to large areas of missing enamel, large areas of miscolored enamel, large areas of missing print etc. These flaws will be noticeable even when looking at the pin from a distance.
Every batch of pins will have different flaws, so every batch will be graded slightly different. If a batch has a common flaw, I will usually not consider it when grading & price will reflect that. When this is the case, I also include how I graded these batches in their listing description. Please make sure to read item descriptions before making your purchase.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final, and I do not accept returns. That being said, if you ever have any issues with your order please email me (Pinsbyt@gmail.com)
LOST MAIL
I am not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once your package has been dropped off, what happens to it is completely out of my control. All packages are shipped via USPS, and if any issues occur you should reach out to your local post office. If you are having difficulty getting in contact with someone at USPS, please email me. I will be happy to help!
